A day in the life of a pug in Portland's Pearl District. "Dogs have given us their absolute all. We are the center of their universe. We are the focus of their love and faith and trust. They serve us in return for scraps. It is without a doubt the best deal man has ever made." - Roger Caras

Pug on top of a Pile

Of all the beds Sigmund has all over the house, the couch, the chairs, the pillows... He chooses to lay on top of my laundry! This is where he spent the whole morning. Lounging in a laundry basket! Just call him, "Pugness and the Pea!" Just like that childhood story, he likes lots of cushion! Too bad he leaves lots of dog hair behind!

Sigmund's Shout-Out to One Brave Pug!

Bay Commuter Rail. Robin and Max were reunited later that night.

One Year Later

This gives you an idea of just how much Sigmund has grown in 1 year! The picture on the left - this year. The picture on the right - last year. The sweater is a little shorter and a little TIGHTER this year! It must be because it shrunk!

Pug Brawl!

Sigmund and Oliver love to wrestle! It's getting hard to tell them apart... now that they have matching collars!

Privileged Pug in the Pearl

Is this the life, or what? Sigmund soooooo lucked out when he picked our family! This is a picture of him on a rainy Wednesday afternoon, lounging away on pillows, with his bone, looking out his loft window at The Pearl District below. Do you feel sorry for him? Patrick even put a blanket over the little guy... And he stayed under it for 2 hours! Must be rough to be Sigmund.

How The Sig Stole Christmas!

This is what playing with your best pug pal and taking a 5 mile hike can do to a little pug!
Does he look like a grouchy grinch, or what?
(Patrick is responsible for this one! He captured the moment!)

What's too big for Senator...

Is just right for Sigmund!

The one sweater that's actually made to fit a pug!
Thanks Beth!

And new collar,
But I don't make him wear the hat!
