And they weren't K.I.S.S.I.N.G. on the tree... But doing something else that rhymes with that and starts with a "P."

Pug in the Pearl... Christmas Tree!

They've got the Christmas tree up in Jamison Square now... (a little early, I guess!)... And what does Sigmund do the very first day? Figure out how to climb inside! He and his BPP, Oliver, discovered there are holes in the tree just big enough for them to squeeze through. It's like their own jungle gym! They run around inside... Trying to figure out how to get back out. Now let's just hope some snooty person up in the lofts above the park doesn't turn us in!

Sigmund adapted over the months to have an exceptionally long tongue for one sole purpose: licking the ice cream cup clean!

Old Man Pug!

"Not by the GRAY hair of my chinny, chin, chin!"

Sigmund's turning in to an older man! He's already getting lots of gray hair on his chin! That entire patch in the middle, gray!

I started to notice it a few months ago, but it seems like it's getting more gray everyday! He's only a year and a half! I hope that's not a reflection of how long he'll live. I told him he has to stay around until I'm 45.

Can you use hair dye on a pug?

Wait, That's Mine!

Just like kids... They always want what the other one has. I'll give Sigmund and Senator each their own bone, and they're happy for about 5 minutes. Then - they want what the other one has! That's when the wrestling picks back up. It's so funny - even if I switch their bones, they still want the other one's! I think Sigmund's getting tired of sharing. Senator doesn't give him a choice.

Wrestling Rascals

Just so you don't think I'm exaggerating... PROOF!
These guys wrestle non-stop. My poor neighbor below. One more reason to hate me! They may be little dogs but they sound like elephants tromping through the house.
We're off to Lexi Dog to let them take on a few other dogs.

After that romp - they definately needed a bath!

much more challenging than one.

Let's just say you have to scrub one-handed.

Pug-a-war!

Sleep over continued: I took these guys to the dog park to try to get out some of their wiggles (fat chance) and they played like this for an hour. Nevermind the rain, the mud, the other dogs - they wanted to play Pug-a-war! It's kind of funny to watch Sigmund get jealous of Senator.

Round 1 - They've been doing this all day. Non-stop. Such a perfect match.

Sleep Over!

It's true puppy love! (In a brotherly way!)

Senator is spending the weekend with Sigmund - and let's just say - it's CRAZY!

These two guys LOVE each other. They love to chase, wrestle, play pug-a-war, bite, you name it! I've let them romp all day and they just won't slow down. The only silence I got - about ten minutes. I gave them each a bone. Trouble was... They wanted each other's bones after a while. I'll post more pictures to keep you updated on the weekend... And to keep Beth updated while she's away!

When Pugs Attack

So, I guess Sigmund doesn't like Scooby Doo.

Poor little kid. Sigmund ran up and starting gnawing on the tail to his costume! I don't know if he thought it was another dog, or maybe a giant squeak toy!

His mother and I thought it was hilarious! Too bad Sigmund got a little crazy while I was grabbing the camera. He tore the poor kid's tail. I felt so awful!!!! Bad pug-kin!
